You have two options. Option A pays at mandate start and lets you sell privately in parallel. Option B pays only on notarisation — in addition to the success fee, with a qualified exclusive mandate of 12 months.
No. The flat-invest covers our up-front investment in staging, valuation and distribution. It is a service fee and is non-refundable under any circumstances — including when we sell the property successfully. The success fee falls due in addition.
Yes. Off-market is our standard, not the exception. We use a curated network of family offices, wealth managers and pre-qualified buyers.
Reuber Real Estate handles exclusively properties from €2 million in Munich, Lake Starnberg, Lake Constance, Zurich and Tyrol. For properties under €2 million in Upper Swabia and around Lake Constance there is Reuber Regional.
